Usually nothing exciting to report after low temperature bisque firing. I wish that was the result today. Opened the kiln to find this plate crumbled…… not exactly what one expects :(.
I have been away from my website for a very long time. I guess developing my new craft did take up all of my available time. Now that I feel like I got a bit of control over the pottery wheel it is time to get back to sharing what I do as I do it.
As it is a blog I will try to keep it up more often than I did. Hopefully people will find it interesting.
Here is my new business card. A journey of a thousand mile start with one small step.
This was ordered for the next market I am going to take part in, an emerging makers market organised by Canberra Potters.
When: 3-4 August Where: @Watson Art Centre , ACT. Hope to see you there.

As a long leave was forced on me for Christmas I decided to take the trip I was dreaming of for a very long time. A drive through the south coast of NSW down to Melbourne. So I packed a tent, a sleeping bag, few cloths and a book and on the road I went. Here it is in photographs.
It has been a long time since I have been here mainly because it has been a long time since I have made any beads or mirrors.
The work space in my living room was a bit too big for the time I have spent working so I have torn it down. Now I am trying to find another place to make beads but it is a slow process.
However until I figure it out I had to find something else to fill my time with so I have decided to get serious with my photos, that is photoshop and publish them. To that end I have joined the adobe community or as it is better know: Creative cloud.
That reminded me that I already have a website and I might as well use it.
So here is a sample of the results of my creativity with the Creative Cloud. (More of my photos can be found in the could here.)
